Annandale, a working farm bounded by the sparkling waters of the Pacific, offers couples, groups and families exclusive use of its four unique properties. Make the experience your own by choosing the activities and level of service that suit you Our Vision- Sample rural New Zealand at its best – off the tourist trail and in an area of outstanding beauty and drama lies Annandale, a pioneering sheep and cattle farm that offers four distinctive luxury villas with relaxed Kiwi-style informality. We offer guests an opportunity to relax in total privacy and make the experience their own: explore the spectacular farm with its 10 kilometres of coastline and connect with your surroundings, share precious time with friends and family, and indulge in the finest local produce.
Our People- The Annandale team is made up of a pretty happy bunch of New Zealanders. We’re proud of this incredible place and what we do here. In fact, most days it’s not like working at all!
Our Location – The unique landscape of Banks Peninsula was formed by a series of volcanic eruptions between 11 and 8 million years ago. Located to the south of Christchurch, the biggest city on New Zealand’s South Island, Banks Peninsula’s exposed contours and complex coastline are breathtakingly dramatic yet largely undiscovered. Small communities full of artisans and farmers have established in some of its bays, although many remain completely undeveloped.Click herefor directions.
